Jesus on the Walls

When hanging out with my good friend CM the other night, we were speaking about decorating. I was admiring a framed icon of jesus above the bar we were drinking at. I began thinking about my apartment: large blank spaces on the walls, barely any curtains, and with a few pictures, there is not much else.

I sighed and said,”man, you know what I would do if I could decorate my apartment with anything I wanted? Pictures of saints and icons, and prints of Renaissance art.”

He looked at me and said,

“Then why don’t you?”
